The Fire Sense Concept panel has been designed to work with the new Fulleon 2 wire sounders, which operate on the detection zone using standard call points and detectors. The panels are available in 2. 4. 6. 8, 12, and 24 zone models with 2 or 4 sounder circuits. They can be used in conventional 4 wire mode, e.g. a pair for detectors and a pair for sounders, for use with existing systems, and also in a 2 wire mode by adding a 2 wire sounder on to the zone. They can be used with a combination of both.

The 2 wire system reduces the installation costs dramatically, as cabling consists of just 2 wires and is therefore cheaper. The number of terminations are less and if the sound level is found to be too low on final commissioning, additional sounders can be added easily.
